Many agencies lack the resources to provide comprehensive training on a consistent basis and often view training as something that must be provided by an outside entity. This basic instructor course is designed to produce quality trainers, with the knowledge and skill to systematically identify, design, implement, and deliver cost-effective training programs for new and existing personnel.
