Levins Investigative Services has been in business since 2005.  The agency is fully licensed and bonded under the provisions of Title 32, Chapter 24, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Eddie Levins, Founder, and CEO has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement administration, holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Law and Public Policy, and is a doctoral candidate at Grand Canyon University. Mr. Levins is retired from the U.S. Army where he held various positions in special operations, tactical deployments, and security services.
