TRAINER:
Dr. Eddie C. Levins has over 20-years of law enforcement experience managing organizations within both the public and private sectors. Dr. Levins holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, Master of Public Administration, and Doctor of Education degree from Grand Canyon University. He has served as a training/technical consultant for the National Institute of Corrections, American Jail Association, and American Correctional Association. Dr. Levins has extensive experience in correctional management, jail operations, law enforcement administration, training, education, and curriculum development.
