This does not come without added liability and safety concerns. SOTA exceeds the minimum state requirements to become a certified security officer. Take the next step\, acquire the knowledge and skills to be a highly trained security professional. \nKey learning: \n• Unarmed Guard Course.\n• Armed Guard Course.\n• Weapons Retention Techniques.\n• Pepper Spray (OC) Certification.\n• Defensive Tactics/Impact Weapons. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND? \nThose who desire to become a certified armed guard in the State of Arizona and enhance their knowledge and skills as a certified security professional. \nTRAINER: \nDr. Eddie C. Levins has over 20-years of law enforcement experience managing organizations within both the public and private sectors. Dr. Levins holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration\, Master of Public Administration\, and Doctor of Education degree from Grand Canyon University. He has served as a training/technical consultant for the National Institute of Corrections\, American Jail Association\, and American Correctional Association.
